Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not accept general returns or exchanges for international orders.
Items must be in original condition to qualify. We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
The only exception is for damaged or missing items, which must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
Sign in using your email address.
You’ll receive a six-digit verification code (no password required).
Select the eligible order.
Click Request Return.
Choose your return reason.
Submit the return request.
Ship your item back to us.
Once you’ve dropped the package off with the carrier, email us to let us know.
We’ll begin processing your exchange or refund.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive and approve your return for the refund to process.
*For exchanges, any price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
